Permanent Collection

The Lombarday Hall Foundation provides a wide variety of artifacts related to the building as well as a collection of Masonic & non-Masonic memorabilia. Several rooms are decorated in period-type furnishings with the intent of expanding this to other rooms as funding permits.

Our museum staff maintains the collection with great care, and new items are added periodically thanks to our generous donors. 

Gunning Bedford, Jr. was one of the Delaware signers of the U. S. Constitution and was a major influencer on the decision on States Rights. He convinced the other members of the Continental Convention that each state should have equal rights.
